Hi everyone! 

Quick news today. Most backers completed their surveys during the smoke test; it went pretty smoothly. That is why we are sending all the surveys to you; check your emails. We hope nobody experiences any issues with them. If so, please get in touch with our team as soon as possible. We are always at your disposal. 

Soon we will post some updates regarding the development of the full version of the rulebook. Stay tuned.

If you like what we have presented up to this moment and wish to support our project even further — please consider pre-ordering the add-ons for the Lands of Loor. One that was not included during the KS campaign and is worth getting is The Dungeon Pack. It is a set of seven unique locations ready to implement into the story and to discover by the players. It will also work with most of the other fantasy settings. Every location consists of interesting descriptions soaked with game lore and a few hand-drawn pencil illustrations. Each of the places is connected to one specific playable race and illustrates the variety of the once-destroyed world of Loor.

THE SURVEYS

We have some important news! The BackerKit verification procedure is already completed, and we can soon start sending pledge surveys to our KS backers. Before sending out all of them, we must perform a smoke test on 5% across all pledge levels. Those 5% will be chosen randomly and automatically by BackerKit. Please check your emails and inform us of any issues you encounter during the process.

Your surveys will be available to complete during May and July — that can be prolonged if needed, but it will not have any impact on delivering the rulebook earlier for all of those who completed their surveys on time. Regarding the full rulebook, we aim to release it in late May (we finished gathering the creative pledge content last week and are focused on implementing them). Stay tuned for more information.

THE PRE-ORDER STORE

We prepared special discounts for you, available only during the pre-order campaign. Each rulebook order comes with a digital Lite version of the game to download right away (Early access, over 80 pages long)!

Another collaboration! Backerkit news!

Hi folks!

Our team is adding the final touches to our Backerkit campaign setup, so we will likely send it for review this weekend. We do not know precisely how long the review procedure takes, but hopefully, the campaign will start next week. We want to launch the pledge manager simultaneously with the pre-order store. There will be some add-ons for our backers to pick up at a discounted pre-order price, including the recently announced, not included in the KS campaign, Dungeon Pack. 

We know the wait is long, but we are doing everything to make The Lands of Loor a remarkable game, and our team is tiny. That is why we have arranged a new, fantastic collaboration for the Lands of Loor! The full version of the rulebook will be enhanced with a complete thematic dungeon by Skullfungus - an amazing artist, map creator and author of the Isle of Ixx. 

We are so excited about this incredible collaboration and genuinely believe that Skullfungus' map will be an excellent addition to the Lands of Loor. We hope you like it!   

As you already know, we are working on the Hex Map supplement for our game. It consists of 60 unique hex types and will work with Adventure Packs released after the game's publication. We want it to be a versatile product that can also be used outside the game for any post-apocalyptic fantasy setting. Moreover, we want you to have as much fun during your sessions as possible and use cool tools that are already available on the market with our game — that's why we want to design the Hex Map to be compatible with the Hexcrawl Toolbox by Games Omnivorous under the third party official licence. So you will be able to use our hex tiles as an extension, a standalone tool, or even replace them. We will share more information when critical design decisions are ultimately made.

News: Hex Map! Pre-Order campaign!

It's time to reveal another great collaboration for our project. We hope that this will make you as excited as we are announcing it!

Thanks to the huge support we received from our backers during the campaign, together we unlocked The Hex Map Supplement for The Lands of Loor game.  Our team wanted it to be something more than just another simple stretch goal: a versatile tool that would bring a deeper, more interactive experience to your tables. Creating it, we took into mind what exploring means for us - getting lost, discovering mysterious locations, facing interesting encounters, and unexpected development of the plot. 

The Hex Map Supplement will consist of 60 unique Hex Map tiles and a dedicated ruleset (we believe that it will be easy to use not only with the Lands of Loor game but also with any other weird/fantasy/post-apo open world setting that you want to play in).

The art for the Hex Tiles will be created by Łukasz Kowalczuk - an amazing comics creator and illustrator from Poland, an enthusiast of weird, underground culture, as well of mutants, wrestlers, and pulp stories.

The Hex Map supplement as well as 6 Adventure Packs that are designed to be fully compatible with it will be included as a digital reward to any of the rulebook-pledge backers. Those will also be available during our Pre-Order campaign on Backerkit.com - both in the discounted bundle with the rulebook and as a separate product pack - The Season Pass. The launch of the Backerkit campaign will be revealed very soon. If you don't want to miss special offers that we prepared for it, be sure to follow our official fb page. 

The Adventure Packs will be released one by one after the publication of the full game, they will contain a lot of cool stuff to use during your sessions. Foremost, each will describe a new, powerful, and infamous Villain of Loor - along with its followers, horrid intentions that threaten the surrounding lands and mysteries to uncover. Moreover, we will stuff them with a bulk of random tables: items, encounters, enemies, and other inconveniences for the players to "enjoy" during their journeys.
